THE TREATMENT

ENDOLIFT® is a minimally invasive laser treatment that involves targeted heating of the subcutaneous connective tissue. This non-surgical treatment stimulates the regeneration of both the deep and superficial skin layers, tightens the skin, promotes the regression of connective tissue septa, stimulates collagen production and reduces excess fat. The practitioner inserts special micro-optical disposable fibers under the skin into the superficial subcutaneous layer. The treatment requires no incisions and is virtually painless.

THE CONSULTATION

The medical options are discussed together with your doctor. Risks, the course of treatment and the healing process afterwards will be discussed in detail. The consultation must take place at least 15 days before treatment.

ENDOLIFT® BASIC

Eufoton®-specific micro-optical FTF fibers (of different sizes, depending on the treatment area) are used for the ENDOLIFT® treatment. The FTF micro optical fibers act like an intradermal light path in the subcutaneous tissue and transmit the laser energy.
The wavelength of LASEmaR® 1500 (1470 nm) has an ideal effect on water and fat. This activates
This activates neocollagenesis and metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix, resulting in a tightening of the skin and connective tissue.
ENDOLIFT® does not require incisions or anesthesia. A small amount of anesthetic can be used to
can be used to allow the fiber to pass painlessly under the skin and to reduce any minor discomfort.

Advantages of the treatment:

  • no downtime
  • low pain
  • immediate results

ENDOLIFT® PLUS

To further improve the effect of ENDOLIFT®, we recommend simultaneous injections with
Radiesse®. In its diluted form, this filler promotes collagen formation without changing the volume

New formation of dermal tissue

  • Increase in collagen, elastin and proteoglycans
  • Improvement in skin thickness and elasticity

CONSENT
If further questions arise after the initial consultation, we will be happy to clarify these in a surgery consultation. The informed consent form must be signed 24 hours in advance. It contains two signatures: one signature with the date of the informed consent and one signature for consent.
There must be at least 14 days between these two signatures and consent can be given no later than the day before the procedure.

BEFORE THE PROCEDURE
You should stop taking medication containing acetylsalicylic acid (e.g. aspirin, ASA, etc.) 10 days before the planned procedure after consulting your doctor. Smoking reduces blood flow to the skin and delays wound healing. To avoid possible complications, you should stop smoking at least 2 weeks before the operation and refrain from smoking until 6 weeks after the procedure. Please do not smoke on the day of the procedure.
If there are any changes or inflammations in your face in the week before the procedure (conjunctivitis, styes, herpes on the face, etc.), please contact us so that we can postpone the procedure if necessary. 45 minutes before the procedure, it is advisable to take a painkiller such as ibuprofen. You will receive the prescription for this from us in advance.

AFTER THE PROCEDURE
On the day of the procedure, you should not engage in any physical activity and should rest. The treatment area usually feels tense and similar to sore muscles. You should apply your usual skin cream to the skin over the treatment area. The incision sites should also be treated with an antibiotic ointment twice a day for the first 2-3 days.
Minimal edema may rarely occur after the treatment.
As with all invasive procedures, swelling may occur after ENDOLIFT® treatments due to tissue irritation. We therefore recommend medical lymphatic drainage in the first 1-3 days after the procedure, as this reduces swelling and possible pain and positively supports the healing process. You can book this therapy at any time through our practice. The cost is €80 for 1 hour and €50 for a half-hour treatment.

THE RESULT
The result is immediately visible and lasts for a long time. They continue to improve in the months following the procedure as additional collagen builds up in the deep layers of the skin. You can achieve even better results with the combination of ENDOLIFT® and a Radiesse® treatment, as Radiesse® promotes the formation of new collagen.

RISKS AND DANGERS
ENDOLIFT® is an invasive laser procedure in which laser energy is delivered to the subcutaneous fatty tissue. Bruising and discomfort may persist for several days after the treatment. In principle, no prolonged downtime is to be expected after ENDOLIFT® treatment. As with all invasive methods, injury to blood vessels and nerves is possible but very unlikely. The subjective feeling of satisfaction with the procedure is very dependent on the initial situation.
