How COOLCRUSH® WORKS

The cryolipolysis device we work with is CE certified and was developed and manufactured in Europe. THE AREAS OF APPLICATION.

CoolCrush® is used to reduce the circumference of the abdomen, back, hips and thighs, as well as the upper arms. It is also possible to treat the neck and double chin, thus sharpening/defining the chin line. WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE A COOLCRUSH® TREATMENT. Before the treatment, the area of the body to be treated is measured and photographed for documentation. This is followed by a 70-minute cold treatment. You lie comfortably on a treatment couch. Once the treatment head is in place, a gentle vacuum is created in the treatment area and cold is released in a controlled manner. Finally, a shock wave treatment is administered for a few minutes to loosen up the tissue.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A COOLCRUSH® TREATMENT.

In the first step, the fat is reduced by freezing the fat cells, thus reducing the circumference. A natural process of the body is a great advantage in this procedure: fat cells react very sensitively to cold. The hypothermia causes the individual fat lipids to crystallise. Their new pointed shape destroys their own cell membrane from the inside. The body then initiates the natural healing process and the affected fat cells are gradually broken down in the following weeks and months. The released fat is then transported out of the body by metabolic processes, similar to the fat contained in our food.

The second part of the CoolCrush® treatment includes the shock wave treatment, through which short focused pressure waves penetrate the tissue of the fat cells and thus loosen the frozen fat cells from their bond. This allows the fat cells to be removed from the body more quickly and effectively.

AFTERCARE.

After a CoolCrush® treatment you are immediately socially fit again and can go about your usual daily life. The skin itself may show redness and swelling in the affected areas, but this will subside within a few days. During most sessions, two areas of skin can be treated at the same time. The total treatment time is about 1.5 hours. In order to achieve the desired treatment result, 2 individual sessions should be carried out at intervals of 4 weeks.

THE RESULT.

Depending on the patient’s metabolism and physical condition, initial results can be expected 2 months after the last treatment. Since the treated fat cells disappear forever, the results are permanent. Even if the patient continues to gain weight, the treated areas are still affected, but the fat deposits are less likely to reform and are more evenly distributed over the entire body. This means that if you gain weight again, there will normally be no more extreme problem areas. TIP: The treated skin areas should be protected from direct sunlight for about 10 days. If no bruises are visible on the surface of the skin, there is nothing to stop you from sunbathing. You can support the reduction of fatty tissue and thus the success of the treatment with sport and a low-calorie diet. EMS training or other electrostimulation of the entire body should be completely paused at least 6 weeks before and 10 weeks after the treatment!

TIP:

The treated skin areas should be protected from direct sunlight for approx. 10 days. If no bruises are visible on the skin surface, there is nothing to stop you from sunbathing. With sports and a low-calorie diet, you can support the reduction of fatty tissue and thus the success of the treatment.
