Was kann man dagegen tun?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Die Bildung einer Kapsel um jede Art von Implantat \u2013 medizinisch oder kosmetisch \u2013 ist ein normaler Teil des Heilungsprozesses. Das Immunsystem reagiert automatisch auf das fremde Objekt und versucht, den \u201cEindringling\u201d zu isolieren, indem es eine Barriere aus Bindegewebe um ihn bildet. Im Fall von <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theaesthetics.at\/plastische-chirurgie\/brustvergroesserung\/\">Brustimplantaten<\/a><\/u> ist das eine gute Sache: Die Kapsel hilft, die Brustimplantate an Ort und Stelle zu halten, die kr\u00e4ftig verwobenen Kollagenfasern sorgen daf\u00fcr, dass das Implantat nicht mehr verrutschen kann, sobald es eingeheilt ist.<\/p><h3><strong>Was versteht man unter einer Kapselfibrose?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Auch bei einer Kapselfibrose (Kapselkontraktur) beginnt der K\u00f6rper zun\u00e4chst, das Implantat mit Bindegewebe zu umh\u00fcllen. Allerdings schie\u00dft er dabei \u00fcber das Ziel hinaus: Die Kapsel wird dicker und h\u00e4rter, man spricht von einer \u201cabnormalen Kapselbildung\u201d.<\/p><p>Es ist wichtig zu wissen, dass eine Kapselfibrose per se nicht gef\u00e4hrlich ist. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Infektion, sondern in vielen F\u00e4llen nur um ein \u00e4sthetisches Problem. Meistens \u00e4u\u00dfert sie sich dadurch, dass eine Brust fester ist als die andere. Dadurch wirken die Br\u00fcste asymmetrisch und f\u00fchlen sich auch unterschiedlich an.<\/p><p>Der Schweregrad der Fibrose wird anhand von vier Stadien unterschieden. In den ersten beiden Stadien sp\u00fcrt die Patientin nichts, Schmerzen treten erst ab Grad 3 auf. Bei Grad 4 zeigt sich eine deutliche Verformung der betroffenen Brust.<\/p><p>Die abnormale Kapselbildung l\u00e4sst sich via Ultraschall, R\u00f6ntgen oder MRT nicht erkennen. Es handelt sich um eine rein klinische Diagnose, das hei\u00dft, die Symptome k\u00f6nnen zun\u00e4chst nur vom Patienten selbst wahrgenommen und beschrieben werden. Eigentlich logisch: Ob Sie Schmerzen haben, k\u00f6nnen Sie selber am besten beurteilen.<\/p><h3><strong>Wie entsteht eine Kapselfibrose?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Die Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Entstehung einer Kapselfibrose sind nicht 100%ig gekl\u00e4rt. Man geht inzwischen aber davon aus, dass eine subklinische Infektion vorliegt \u2013 also eine Infektion, die nie ausbricht, weil die Abwehrmechanismen \u00fcberwiegen und den Erreger eliminieren ehe er eine Erkrankung ausl\u00f6sen kann.<\/p><p>Ein h\u00f6heres Risiko besteht, wenn es bei der Operation zu st\u00e4rkeren Blutungen kommt. Au\u00dferdem werden glatte Implantate etwas h\u00e4ufiger mit der Bildung einer Kapselfibrose in Verbindung gebracht als Implantate mit texturierter Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/p><h3><strong>Gibt es Frauen, die ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Risiko haben als andere?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Ja. H\u00e4ufig tritt eine Kapselfibrose nach einer Strahlentherapie von Brusttumoren auf. Deshalb sollten Fremdk\u00f6rper nach einer Brustkrebsbehandlung generell vermieden werden.<\/p><h3><strong>Wie wird eine Kapselfibrose therapiert?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Eine Kapselfibrose kann auf zwei Arten therapiert werden. Einerseits durch Kapselsprengung: Dabei wird der Arzt versuchen, die Kapsel durch Druck von au\u00dfen zu sprengen, w\u00e4hrend sich die Patientin im D\u00e4mmerschlaf befindet. Die gesprengte Kapsel bleibt im K\u00f6rper, aber die Kapselbildung wird gestoppt. Diese Methode ist etwas in Verruf geraten, da sie nur bei 50% aller F\u00e4lle Erfolg hat.
