Welche sind die Richtigen f\u00fcr mich?

F\u00fcr viele Patientinnen ist dies wohl eine der schwersten Entscheidungen, bevor sie sich einer Brustvergr\u00f6\u00dferung<\/a> unterziehen.<\/p>

Kein Wunder – bei einer ersten Recherche im Internet finden sich viele Artikel mit Halbwissen, die verwirrend oder teilweise sogar gegens\u00e4tzlich sind. Auf Foren schreiben ehemalige Patientinnen \u00fcber ihre Erfahrungen mit den verschiedenen Implantatformen<\/strong>, aber die eine \u201crichtige\u201d L\u00f6sung ist nicht zu finden. Denn die gibt es auch nicht.<\/p>

Anatomisches Implantat<\/strong> hei\u00dft nicht automatisch nat\u00fcrliches Aussehen. Rundes Implantat hei\u00dft nicht automatisch unnat\u00fcrliches Aussehen. Ist ein Implantat gut platziert, kann man von au\u00dfen meistens nicht mehr sagen, welche Form es hat.<\/p>

Bei der Wahl der Implantatform<\/strong> ist es daher wichtig die pers\u00f6nlichen Vor- und Nachteile gemeinsam mit dem behandelnden Arzt abzuw\u00e4gen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Anatomische Implantate

<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bei anatomischen Implantaten<\/strong>, die aufgrund ihrer Form auch \u201ctropfenf\u00f6rmige<\/em>\u201d oder \u201cnat\u00fcrliche<\/em>\u201d Implantate genannt werden, fehlt im oberen Bereich mehr Volumen.<\/p>\n

Damit sie ihr spezielles Aussehen auch beibehalten, werden sie in der Produktion sehr stark in Form gepresst. Der Nachteil daran ist, dass sie sich danach nicht mehr gut formen lassen – selbst durch einen Push-Up BH kann nur begrenzt viel Dekollet\u00e9 erzeugt werden.<\/p>\n

Rotation ist ein weiteres Thema, das man bei anatomischen Implantaten unbedingt bedenken sollte. Bei weichem Gewebe oder sehr sportlichen Frauen kann es passieren, dass sich die Implantate im Laufe der Zeit zu drehen beginnen. Hat man runde Implantate, ist das kein Problem, weil sie immer wieder in dieselbe Form gedr\u00fcckt werden. Anatomische Implantate hingegen lassen sich wie gesagt schwer formen. Wenn sich also der Bereich mit weniger Volumen nach oben dreht, sieht das unnat\u00fcrlich aus.<\/p>\n

Runde Implantate

<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Was viele nicht wissen: auch runde Implantate<\/strong> k\u00f6nnen bei richtiger Platzierung unterhalb des Brustmuskels zu einem nat\u00fcrlichen Ergebnis f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Zuerst passt der Arzt die Breite des Implantats ganz genau an den K\u00f6rper an, danach wird die Projektion gew\u00e4hlt. Damit kann je nach Wunsch ein volleres oder dezenteres Ergebnis erzielt werden. Der Brustmuskel selber erzeugt dann Druck auf den oberen Bereich des Implantats, dr\u00fcckt es also ein und voil\u00e0 – die Brust sieht nat\u00fcrlich geformt aus.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den perfekten Dirndl-Look mit sexy Dekollet\u00e9, lassen sich die runden Implantate sehr gut nach oben pushen.<\/p>\n

Welches Implantat das richtige f\u00fcr einen ist, h\u00e4ngt also haupts\u00e4chlich von Anatomie und Ausgangssituation der Patientin ab.<\/strong> Gemeinsam mit den pers\u00f6nlichen W\u00fcnschen und Vorstellungen kann dann die individuell richtige Entscheidung getroffen werden.<\/p>\n

Unnat\u00fcrlich sieht ein Implantat jedenfalls nur dann aus, wenn es zu gro\u00df bzw. zu breit gew\u00e4hlt wurde.<\/p>\n

Was empfehlen die \u00c4rzte bei theaesthetics<\/em>?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
