Can fat come back after liposuction?

Pretty much every woman, 80% to be exact, knows it and is affected by it: Cellulite.
Especially in the summer season, the annoying dimples are particularly unpleasant and should preferably disappear immediately. Advertisers have of course discovered the seasonal opportunity and diligently advertise various creams, wraps and other alleged miracle cures against cellulite.
But what really helps? Can I fight cellulite?
And why do I have cellulite in the first place?
The good news is that there are actually some ways to say goodbye to that annoying orange peel skin. Most of the time, you don’t even have to invest a lot of money to do it.
What many people don’t know is that there are 3 causes of cellulite, and accordingly 3 different approaches to fighting it. Depending on which cause was decisive for the formation of the orange peel skin, the appropriate treatment must be chosen.
Only those who know the cause can treat cellulite effectively!
Soft skin and soft connective tissue are unfortunately the most difficult to treat. Creams and other remedies are often used against it. However, once the skin has reached a certain stage of “softness”, it can no longer be treated effectively with these. In the ageing process, tissues become softer because of the loss of collagen and the breakdown of elastic fibres.
Here, too, the motto is: sport, sport sport!
It doesn’t cost much (except stamina) and has countless positive side effects. Not only will your skin be more beautiful, but your body will be more defined and your vital functions and especially blood circulation will generally improve.
Some people, especially women, suffer from fat distribution disorders.
In these cases, liposuction is often the only solution, and thanks to the latest technology, it can now be performed very gently. If the occasion arises, you can even have your own fat reinserted in a different place. 2-in-1, so to speak! It is removed from the unpopular area and reused naturally in another to plump up!
But cellulite is not just a question of weight!
There are connective tissue fibres under the skin that can contract with age. It is best to imagine a string that pulls the skin down in some places – this is what causes the unsightly dimples on the surface of the skin.
But there is now also a very successful solution to this. With the so-called Cellfina procedure® the doctor can gently cut the connective tissue fibres once and for all. This immediately makes your skin smoother again and the fibres never grow back – so the procedure is only necessary once to combat dimples for good.
What’s especially nice about the treatment is that it’s low-risk and doesn’t even require a general anaesthetic. A local anaesthetic is enough to avoid suffering any pain.
Cellulite is a nagging issue, but there are a few ways to combat it. The most important thing is to know the right cause – only then can you effectively fight cellulite and finally feel good in your skin again!
